January 2024 (Miramar Beach, Florida) – Construction has officially begun on The Grove, a premier development project at the Seascape Golf, Beach & Tennis Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida. Spearheaded by The Highland Group, this multi-phase venture promises to redefine luxury living along the Emerald Coast.
The first phase of construction, estimated at $41 million, has begun with the Holly, the Juniper, and the Dogwood buildings, all featuring high-end, spacious condominiums. 100 units with 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom options will be built. Additionally, the Grove Aquatic Gardens, a premier condominium feature, will include a range of amenities such as a lazy river, multiple pools, sundecks, pavilions, a playground, and more.

The final blueprint of The Grove outlines an assortment of pristine lakes, an elite golf course with a well-equipped clubhouse, residences with panoramic views of the greens, a vibrant town center, and the esteemed Seascape club and inn.
The project is a collaborative effort with partners including Fifth Dimension, Elm Studio, Caprine Engineering, MiGre Engineers, LLC, JPS Consulting Engineers, and Forman Capital.
