1. The Grove at Seascape – Phase 2 Begins

• Following the successful completion of Phase 1 in May, The Grove at Seascape in Miramar Beach, Florida, is entering its highly anticipated second phase. This premier residential development features luxury townhomes nestled within the iconic Seascape Golf, Beach & Tennis Resort. Phase 2 will expand on our original vision, introducing enhanced community amenities, additional parking, and smart-home features designed to meet the needs of the modern homeowner.

2. The Row at Northshore – Vertical Construction Underway

• In Orange Beach, Alabama, The Row at Northshore has officially moved into vertical construction. This townhome community is set to bring much-needed housing inventory to one of the Gulf Coast’s most desirable destinations. Our in-house design-build team is focused on delivering a blend of modern coastal architecture paired with durable, storm-resilient construction, ensuring lasting quality and peace of mind for residents.

3. Highland Leadership Academy – 80% Staff Participation

• Internally, we are thrilled to celebrate the growth of our team. The Highland Leadership Academy, our monthly training program built around the Maxwell Leadership curriculum, has achieved an impressive 80% company-wide participation rate. This commitment to leadership development not only strengthens our team but also enhances the quality of service we provide to our clients and the communities we serve.
