Employees Rising Higher: Tina Agnew

Each month, we are proud to spotlight a team member who goes above and beyond in embodying The Highland Group’s spirit of commitment to higher standards. This month, we’re highlighting Tina Agnew, Project Coordinator for our Alabama Gulf Coast office. Tina plays a critical role by coordinating efforts across more than a dozen projects, assisting project managers in delivering exceptional quality and value to our clients, while also providing essential organization and support to the site teams.

What Tina Enjoys Most About Her Work

Simply put — the people. Tina thoroughly enjoys the company of her colleagues and appreciates the opportunity to collaborate across our three offices. “Working for a company driven by its purpose and values is important to me,” Tina shared. “I think that sets us apart in a results-driven industry like construction.”

Opportunities to Contribute to High-Value Optimization

One of the many reasons Tina loves working for The Highland Group is the ability to provide meaningful input on processes that streamline efficiency and enhance client service. Recently, Tina collaborated with our executive leadership team to improve our project closeout process. Together, they developed and implemented a streamlined approach to reviewing project successes and lessons learned. This improvement helps our team continuously evolve and deliver even better results for future clients.

After-Work Fun

In her free time, Tina and her husband enjoy dining out and traveling with their three children. She loves taking advantage of the vibrant events and festivals on the Gulf Coast and Eastern Shore. On weekends, you can often find her unwinding with a good book on the beach or walking her two dogs in the neighborhood.
