What do you enjoy most about your job?
“I enjoy the culture and the people. I have such a great group of co-workers. I also love learning more about the construction industry.”
Can you share a memorable moment or achievement at The Highland Group?
“A memorable moment would be when I first started working here and we had our annual meeting at the State Park. Employees from all three of our regions were there, and it was so nice to hang out and meet everyone that you spend so much time corresponding with via email and phone.”
What do you like to do in your free time?
“Anything outdoors. Hunting, saltwater fishing, boating, going to the beach.”

A fun fact about yourself:
“I love concerts and live music. I’m an Elvis fan. I used to rock climb and rappel down Mt. Cheaha in Birmingham. I’ve also done inverted rappelling.”

“Don’t be afraid to ask for help.”
