The building has been leased to Bentley through Colliers International, a leading investment management and real estate company.
Bentley’s office facility in Cummings Research Park will place the firm in an extremely collaborative space surrounded by over 300 other employers and companies located in a city that is commonly regarded as the “Silicon Valley of the South”. CRP is a tech and community hub in the heart of “The Rocket City” that consistently houses research companies pioneering the future through the creation of cutting-edge systems, software, studies and other innovative technologies. Aside from being a business center in Huntsville, the park contains a variety of housing, and recreational opportunities for its tenants making it a premier place to locate and expand.

Construction on this new state-of-the-art office space for Bentley Systems is estimated to be completed in early 2023.
